Bareboat  Yacht Charters: The charter fee is the cost of the yacht, including the tax/VAT. There will be obligatory extras added to your charters such as starter packs and/or departure cleaning. You will find these listed as ‘Obligatory extras’. You will also have the option to add any extras such as crew, stand up paddle boards, Wifi, etc. Please note they’re all dependent on the yacht due to different owners having different systems.

Crewed Yacht Charters: The charter fee covers the rental of the yacht, crew salaries, crew meals, and the yacht's laundry, as well as insurance. However, there are additional expenses not included in the quoted fee. These encompass costs like fuel for the engines and generators, water sports equipment, operational expenses, harbor fees, all food and beverages (including soft and alcoholic drinks), communication charges, and local taxes. Rest assured, we maintain transparency regarding these additional charges for your tailored charter experience. All the additional charges, expect local taxes, will be covered by the Advanced Provisions Allowance.

The 'Advance Provisioning Allowance' (APA) covers additional expenses incurred during the charter. It is typically calculated at 25%-40% of the total charter fee. Prior to the commencement of the charter, the APA is provided to the yacht, enabling the crew to procure specific provisions as per your preferences. This includes the purchase of food and beverages. At the conclusion of the charter, the Captain will furnish you with a detailed breakdown of the APA expenses along with corresponding receipts. Should there be a surplus, it will be promptly refunded. Conversely, if there is a deficit, settlement can be made in cash or, with the Captain's approval, via transfer.

It's recommended to book your yacht charter as early as possible, especially during peak seasons. This will ensure that you have the widest selection of yachts to choose from and that you can secure your preferred dates.

Charter rates are quoted per week for yacht hire, with a general minimum charter period of seven days. However, charters can be arranged for durations shorter or longer than seven days. For charters exceeding seven days, rates are calculated pro-rata based on the weekly rate divided by seven and multiplied by the number of charter days. During low season and for some smaller yachts, charters of less than seven days may be considered, in which case the weekly rate is divided by six and multiplied by the number of days. Charters typically commence at noon on the first day and end by noon on the final day. For instance, a charter starting at noon on June 1st and ending at noon on June 8th is considered a one-week charter. Day charters usually begin in the morning and conclude in the late afternoon or early evening. High season rates apply during peak periods such as July/August, Christmas/New Year, and major events like the Monaco Grand Prix and Cannes Film Festival, while low season rates apply to all other times unless specified otherwise. Please note that quoted charter rates are believed to be accurate but may be subject to change.

Smoking isn't allowed inside most yachts, but check with us since some yachts have different rules. For safety, you can't smoke in cabins or staterooms on any yacht. Some yachts do let you smoke in designated outdoor spots.

Mediterranean (Plus Expenses): To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total charter fee is required via bank transfer when you sign the Charter Agreement. The remaining 50%, along with an Advance Provisioning Allowance, any taxes, delivery/redelivery fees, and other agreed charges, is due by bank transfer typically between 8 and 4 weeks before your charter starts.

Caribbean (Caribbean Inclusive Terms): To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total charter fee is required via bank transfer when you sign the Charter Agreement. The remaining 50%, along with any delivery/redelivery fees, and other agreed charges, is due by bank transfer typically between 8 and 4 weeks before your charter starts.
